This has been my National Road Safety Week. ❤️ Starting with Intelligent Training Solutions drive sessions with Rochester Secondary College at the Toyota Australia Autodrome in Altona.
Students were given the opportunity to drive in dual-control vehicles with a professional to learn about various aspects of driving that they may not get on public roads. We were also fortunate enough to witness a Lexus LFA in action! 🤩
The next stop was 4 hours into south-west Victoria, working in Portland with the RYDA Road Safety team.
We delivered the RYDA Drive Coach program to parents and supervising drivers on Tuesday evening, and then the RYDA Road Safety program on Wednesday to a cohort of around 117 students from 3 different colleges.
Road safety is a collaboration between us all. Road use is a shared responsibility and we have the power to make our roads a better place.
The fatalities this week have been terrible and all preventable! Please do your part, share the road and look out for your fellow road users. 🙏🏽
